Heat.Cold.Rest.
A restored 1911 bathhouse on the harbour, rebuilt around one idea: move slowly between hot, cold and still, three times over.

01The circuit
Seven rooms, one loop, three rounds
Every visit follows the same rhythm the Romans did: warm the body, shock it cold, then let it rest. We'll guide you, step by step, with a timer at every station.
