Refund policy
When you can get a refund for a geturui.com Pro plan or template, how to ask for one and how EU withdrawal rights apply.

Pro plans
You can ask for a refund of a Yearly or Lifetime order within 14 days of purchase, if you’ve downloaded fewer than 10 different Pro items since that purchase, by zip, registry or MCP. Free items don’t count, however many you download.
Templates
A template order is refundable within 14 days of purchase as long as you haven’t downloaded the template. A template is delivered in full with its first download, so it isn’t refundable after that.
EU and UK withdrawal right
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery starts if you agreed to immediate delivery. At checkout you’re asked to agree that access starts immediately and to acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once you download.
Our own refund policy above still applies on top of that, and so do your legal rights if something we sold you is faulty or not as described.
How to ask
Use Request refund next to the order in Dashboard → Orders, or reply to your receipt email, or write to [email protected]. We answer within two business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; most problems are quicker to fix directly.
What happens next
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. Access and the license granted by the order end once the refund completes, and you should delete the Pro items you got through it.
Team seats
Refunds apply to the whole order. Teammates whose seats came from that order lose access when it’s refunded.
