Who we are

This site, https://geturui.com, is run by geturui.com (“we”, “us”), an independent developer based in [Country]. You can reach us at [email protected].

These terms apply when you browse the site, create an account, install items from the registry or buy a plan or template.

What we sell

We sell digital goods only. Nothing is shipped.

• Free library: free components and templates under the MIT license. No account needed.
• Pro Yearly: one payment for 12 months of access to Pro components, blocks, AI and chart items, and their updates.
• Pro Lifetime: one payment for permanent access to everything in Yearly, plus every template, illustration and future addition.
• Templates: a single template, bought on its own.

Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed: you download items as zip files, through the registry with a token, or through the MCP server for coding agents.

Payment and invoices

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments sells the product to you, charges your payment method, calculates and collects sales tax or VAT for your country, issues the tax invoice and processes refunds. Your purchase is also covered by the Dodo Payments buyer terms.

Prices are shown before checkout. Yearly is a one-time payment, not a subscription: it does not renew automatically and we never charge you again without a new order.

Accounts and seats

You sign in with an email link or GitHub. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. You’re responsible for activity under your account and your registry tokens.

One seat is one person. The buyer holds one fixed seat. Invited seats become permanently assigned when the invite is accepted; pending invites can be cancelled. Sharing a seat, a token or a license key between people is not allowed.

License and acceptable use

Free items are MIT-licensed. Pro items and paid templates come with the geturui.com Pro license: unlimited projects, personal or commercial, for you or your clients. You may not resell, redistribute or publish Pro source on its own or as a component library, UI kit, template or theme for other developers.

When a Yearly plan ends

You keep using everything you downloaded while the plan was active, in existing and new projects, with no time limit. You can no longer download new items or updates until you buy again.

Refunds and withdrawal

Refunds follow the refund policy: 14 days for Pro plans if you’ve downloaded fewer than 10 Pro items, and templates until their first download. If you live in the EU or UK, the refund policy also explains how the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to digital content.

Availability

We aim to keep the site, registry and downloads available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Code you’ve installed keeps working regardless: it lives in your project, not on our servers.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts or tokens that break these terms, for example by sharing tokens or redistributing Pro source. Refunds then follow the refund policy.

Liability

The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to fix the problem. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and the mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.

Changes to these terms

We’ll email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
